Ripstop Nylons

These are lightweight nylon fabrics with a regularly spaced  extra thread running both with and across the fabric.  That heavier thread provides superior strength and tear resistance to ripstop fabrics.  Ripstop fabric can be both coated and uncoated, offering either waterproofness or breathability.
