Rockywoods Return Policy
Please get a Return Authorization number by calling us prior to returning any items. Items returned to us without a Return Authorization number (RA) will not receive credit.
Flawed fabric
Unless otherwise noted, we buy only first run fabric and will replace any uncut flawed fabric returned to us within 30 days of purchase. There are no returns on patterns.
Any other returns are at our discretion, buyer will be charged a 30% restocking fee, and the buyer will pay for all shipping. If you have any doubt about your purchase, please call us first or order a sample prior to placing your order.
Shortages
All shortages must be brought to our attention within 5 days of receiving your order.
Return Period
All returns, for any reason, must be made within 30 days of order shipment.
