Polarfleece® is the original synthetic fleece fabric from Polartec LLC ( aka Malden Mills) that has forever changed the way the world dresses for cold weather. This fabric is soft, comfortable, warm, quick-drying and durable for long-lasting good looks. Polarfleece is machine washable and will last wash after wash for many years (the color will go out of style long before the garment wears out). This fleece is breathable and because it's 100% polyester, Polartec fleeces do not retain water and dry quickly.
The 100% polyester velour construction creates air pockets that trap air and retain body heat. Unlike less expensive fleece fabrics, Polartec products maintain their insulating ability and non-pilling appearance after repeated laundering.
