These are unlined weather shells for your gloves or mittens. Keeping the shells separate allows you to replace wet liners as needed or simply adjust the warmth of your underlayers to suit the conditions. Unlike “2 dimensional” overmitts that are flat and awkward, these are sculpted to fit the hand comfortably in a slightly curved finger position.
The wrist strap and elasticized cord in the gauntlet are both easy to adjust one-handed. Section inside describes mating these shells to Controlled Exposure #45 Fleece Gloves using Velcro.
Features:
Five sizes cover hands ranging from 6" to 81/2" long.
Curved finger area for anatomic fit.
Adjustable strap across back of wrist.
One hand operation cord and toggle seals off gauntlet.
