HAT VIEW A

This oversized beret style hat is unlined.

Material Required: Fabric 48" (120 cm) wide (minimum width) - 3/8 yd (0.35 m) for size XS; 1/2 yd (0.50 m) for sizes S-M-L-XL. Thread.

HAT VIEW B

The trapper style hat has a brim, ear flaps and a Velcro® closure. The hat is fully lined with a contrast fabric.

Material Required: Fabric and Contrast Fabric 60" (152 cm) Wide - 3/8 yd (0.35 m) of each for all sizes. 2" (5 cm) of 3/4" (2 cm) wide Velcro(r). 1/4 yd (0.25 m) of heavy fusible interfacing. Thread.

HAT VIEW C

This hat has a crown and a fold-up brim. It is lined with self fabric. The optional decorative flower arrangement can be sewn onto brim.

Material Required: Fabric 60" (152 cm) Wide - 1/2 yd (0.50 m) for sizes XS-S-M; 5/8 yd (0.60 m) for sizes L-XL. Thread. Optional: Contrast and coordinating scraps of Polarfleece(r) for flowers, four buttons.

HAT VIEW D

The shaped headband is a single layer and the edges are finished with a binding made from swimwear fabric.

Material Required: Fabric 26" (66 cm) Wide (minimum width) - 1/8 yd (0.15 m) for all sizes. Swimwear fabric for bindings 6" x 26" (15 cm x 66 cm) (Greatest stretch on length of piece). Thread.

HAT VIEW E

The neck warmer has a stand-up collar and a front zipper.

Material Required: Fabric 45" (115 cm) Wide (minimum width) - 3/8 yd (0.35 m) for size XS; 1/2 yd (0.50 m) for sizes S-M-L-XL. Scrap piece of fusible interfacing, one zipper - 7" (18 cm) for sizes XS-S; 9" (22 cm) for sizes M-L-XL. Thread.
