Cordura Nylon is the heavyweight workhorse nylon fabric. Made from a DuPont patented nylon yarn, it's much stronger and tougher than non-Cordura 1000 Denier nylon fabrics. This fabric has a DWR finish on the front and is coated with 1-1.5 oz/sq yd of polyurethane on the back to make it very water resistant.
